- Licensed for 600 persons at a cost of $3,300 + GST (subject to annual increase); full payment due prior to the start of the event (cash, certified cheque or Interac)
- Non-refundable $500 deposit at time of booking; held as damage deposit until after event

- Ice cubes, trays, pitchers, liquor dispensing tree, free pourers, shot glasses, 2 fridges capable of holding 45 cases of beer, cash boxes, two pre-mix bar dispensers
- Security (4 staff provided)
- Basic setup – tables and chairs for guests (19 sets of tables and 32 chairs per set), bar area, plus tables for food service, tables for auction prize display and front door ticket sales
- Standard operating times
- Liquor sales per the permit from 8:00 PM until 1:00 AM
- All guests must vacate buy 1:30 AM; event organizers by 2:00 AM
- Club staff onsite starting from 6:00 PM
- 3 hour setup time allowed prior to event (start time negotiable)
- Responsibility of the Renter
- Music, food and snacks, juices, paper plates, napkins, etc.
- Liquor permit, liquor and beer purchase
- Bartenders, front door staff
- Basic clean up including clearing of tables (garbage bags provided along with pails for unconsumed beverages), pickup/sweeping up of tickets and other litter, disposal of broken down cardboard into dumpster, garbage bags into dumpster, etc.
